ZY series full hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company on the basis of referring to the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. The series products include ZY600, ZY800 and ZY1000. Fully hydraulic core drilling rigs are mainly suitable for drilling of solid mineral deposits, engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, and groundwater drilling, and can also be used for drilling surveys, tunnel ventilation, and dam grouting for railways, highways, bridges, water conservancy and hydropower, and tunnel engineering Engineering drilling.

The main features of the drilling rig:

The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure, the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial plunger pump and an inclined-axis plunger motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure. The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism, which is stable and reliable in movement, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic trojan grippers, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable mast and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with wireless remote control crawler, it is suitable for various terrains and controls the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.

The hydraulic system is equipped with double hydraulic oil filtration, two-stage air cooling + one-stage water cooling system, which ensures the heat balance and cleanliness of the hydraulic system, keeps its system temperature within the specified range, and greatly improves the stability and durability of the drilling rig , The hydraulic hose adopts two layers of steel wire braided high-pressure hose, plus a protective sleeve, which is wear-resistant.	The power head adopts mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation design, low-speed torque multiplication, stable and reliable drilling, and the power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism, which is convenient for lifting and unloading drilling tools.
