YYDX-800 fully hydraulic core drilling rig - the latest product with multi-function and high performance produced by Shandong Yikang Drilling Technology Co., Ltd. Suitable for use in plains, hills, and harsh climate places and conditions such as high temperature and cold. It is mainly used for metal and non-metal solid mineral exploration and coalbed methane and natural gas mining; hydrogeological well drilling, geothermal well drilling, mining tunnels, ventilation and drainage of exploration and emergency construction projects. It can also be mainly used in geology, metallurgy, coal mines, non-ferrous mines, petroleum, hydrology, engineering drilling and other fields. It is a multi-functional and high-performance core drilling rig based on diamond and carbide drill bits. It can meet the needs of wireline coring and top drive at the same time. It can be equipped with an optional bracket device.

1. Ful hydraulic drive, stee Crawlers, assembly type mast, the machine is integrated and compact for easy operation instructure consisting of power station, main hoist, wire line winch and mud pump, etc.
2. It is adopted dual pump and motor and closed-loop hydraulic circuits for rotation of unit head; and open-loop design isadopted for all other hydraulic transmission. lt is adopted precursor control and load-sensing for the hydraulic system. The system
is controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional integratedly and intensively.
3. The structure of doubling system between cylinder & chain is adopted for the feeding and lifting of drill head, i.e. with thefunction, if the piston rod of oil cylinder moving one certain distance, the spindle movement wll double the distance. Lifting capacity and feeding capacity is separately upto to 295 kN , 152N .
4. Rotation of drll head spindle is driven by dual-motor with closed loop hydraulic circuits, aided with three-speed mechanicalgearbox. Max torque of spindle out-put can be up to 7200 N-M(170rpm), and the torque at high speed is increased eficaciously.
5.Adopting translational device drived by hydraulic motor to the drll head. this make the spindle move away from the drilling
hole thoroughly and this is easier for the wire-line coring operation and the in-hole work requirement.
6. Convenient for making-up and shackle in the duration of drilling, shackles is adopted in the front of mast, This will reducethe intensity labour of operator and increase the work efficiency.
7. It's easier for operators to get on and off the worktable and convenient for their operation on the panel.
8. The hydraulic clamp and centralizer are adopted to the top of drilling hole.
