Host structure and working principle
1 chassis
Crawler chassis, steel track shoes (rubber blocks can be added). The plunger hydraulic motor drives the built-in traveling reducer to achieve traveling.
2. Frame
The frame of the welded structure is welded to the crawler chassis. When the carriage is erected, it can be connected to the frame with bolts to improve the rigidity of the carriage.
3 carriage
The slide carriage of welded structure uses hot-rolled carbon channel steel and square steel pipe as the guide rail of the rotary head, and controls the smooth lifting and lowering of the oil cylinder through a one-way throttle valve. The level on the console controls its verticality.
4. Rotary mechanism
It consists of hydraulic motor and rotary reduction gearbox. Two high-performance low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motors drive the slewing reduction gearbox to obtain different torques and rotational speeds.
5. Advancement part
The propulsion part consists of a propulsion cylinder, chain, skateboard, etc. When the piston rod of the propulsion cylinder is extended and retracted, it drives the pulley block, and the slide plate slides up and down on the carriage through the chain, thereby completing the advancement and lifting of the drilling tool. The skateboard adopts a resin slider structure to effectively reduce the wear of the slideway. The axial pressure can be adjusted during deep hole drilling.
6. Swing-open centering device
The swing-away centerer can be divided into two halves, with the outer half being hinged and unscrewable by hand. It can provide a wide working space above the orifice, and the dust cover keeps the working environment clean and tidy.
7. Use jack for leveling
Consists of four hydraulic cylinders to quickly level the rig, and a hydraulic lock prevents the jack from creeping. It comes standard with high outriggers. When transporting over long distances, it can be loaded by car without lifting. It can be loaded directly into the car for easy transportation.
8. Sub winch
The winch driven by a hydraulic motor can flexibly lift drilling tools or auxiliary tools within 1.5 tons.
9.Console
The control panel consists of a control frame, manual reversing valve, pressure reducing valve, speed control valve, oil pressure gauge, various pipelines, engine instruments, throttle cable, flameout cable, air valve control, etc. All control functions are concentrated on the console, which is easy to operate and saves time and effort. The operator can stand on the foot pedal with sufficient area to operate.
10.Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic oil pumps (triple pumps), hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, high-pressure oil pipes, oil filters, pressure gauges and other hydraulic components. This system has simple structure, reliable function and easy use. The hydraulic oil is compressed by the oil pump, the system pressure is adjusted with the relief valve, and the reversal controls the running direction of the oil cylinder or the steering of the hydraulic motor to complete various actions required by the drilling rig. The fast forward and fast retreat of the drilling tool are completed through the confluence of the two pumps. ,turn around. Adjust the speed regulating valve to determine the rotation speed to ensure the drilling tool rotation speed during drilling; adjust the pressure reducing valve to determine the propulsion pressure to ensure that the axial pressure on the impactor is the optimal value during drilling, and the safety valve set pressure is higher than System pressure value.
11Power system
It consists of engine, coupling, oil pump connecting plate and air filter. The air filter consists of an air pre-filter and a three-stage air fine filter. It can effectively protect the engine from normal use under harsh working conditions.
12 oil mist
The lubricator is used to lubricate pneumatic components in pneumatic devices. It uses gas as power to spray engine oil into a mist and then supplies it to the impactor that needs lubrication. The atomized oil required by the impactor lubricates it. lubrication of parts. When refueling the lubricator, the air must be stopped first, and the refueling must be clean and free of any impurities.
