The support body of Yikuang Technology diamond composite drill bits is forged and pressed from steel, and processed by vacuum fully-automatic heat treatment equipment to increase mechanical properties. The ordinary type uses domestic composite sheets as the blades, and the high-strength type uses blades from the American GE Company. The corresponding quality grade is selected according to different geological conditions, which can achieve a higher product cost-effectiveness and achieve energy-saving economic indicators.

1. During normal operation, it is strictly forbidden to suddenly reverse and change the running direction to prevent the composite drill bit from falling off.
2. During normal operation, there should be no air leakage in the main air duct of the air compressor, and there must be sufficient air volume and air pressure to extend the use time of the diamond composite drill bit.
3. When using a new composite drill bit, it should be run-in at low speed for half an hour, and then gradually used normally.
4. When operating in harsh geological environments, the axial pressure and rotation speed must be reduced to prevent drill bit breakage.
5. During normal drilling operations, if the drill bit needs to be replaced midway, strictly check whether there is any debris in the hole. Only when the hole is clean can a new composite drill bit be used.
6. In order to make the drill bit work normally and stably, the stabilizer must be replaced regularly.
7. When using the new composite drill bit, pay attention to the cleaning of the drilling area to prevent debris from affecting normal use.
8. Before using the drill bit, carefully check whether the threads and teeth are intact, and push them gently with your hands to see if there are any problems. There is no dust inside, the air outlet is smooth, and the threads are lubricated it can be used only after the drill bit is connected by lifting and rotating.
9. It is strictly forbidden to use bent drill pipes to avoid accelerated damage of the drill bit due to uneven stress and affecting normal use time.
10. Choose different drill bits and operating methods according to different situations.
11. Carefully check all parts of the composite drill bit before going down the well to ensure that there is no problem with the drill bit before starting to use it.
12. Composite drill bits must be stored properly to prevent dust and other debris from entering the drill bit and affecting normal use and the life of the drill bit.
13. Drill bits should be packed in special packaging boxes to avoid vibration and collision with each other.
14. When using, take out the drill bit from the packaging box and install it into the spring chuck of the spindle or the tool library for automatic drill bit replacement. Put it back into the box immediately after use.
