BHZC-260 DTH drilling rig is an efficient and multifunctional drilling equipment.
It is mainly suitable for drilling water wells, agricultural irrigation wells, ground source heat pump wells and other wells, especially for water intake projects in mountainous areas and rock formations. The drilling rig can carry out drilling work on different formations, and the maximum drilling diameter can reach 350mm. The drilling rig adopts new hydraulic technology and is equipped with high torque hydraulic motor rotation and large diameter hydraulic cylinder for propulsion. The famous factory engine provides power for the hydraulic system, and the two-stage air filter and the intake design of the compressed air extend the service life of the diesel engine. The unique pump set design facilitates maintenance and reduces maintenance costs. Centrally controlled hydraulic console for easy operation. This series of drilling rigs adopts excavator crawler chassis with strong off-road performance. The independent modular design allows the rig to be easily mounted on a truck, increasing its maneuverability. Two gears of rotation and advance speed can meet different drilling needs in soil and rock layers. The combined positioner can be adjusted and replaced according to different types of drill pipes and impactors to ensure accurate and reliable positioning and centering. The hoisting mechanism facilitates the hoisting of the drill pipe and the impactor and reduces labor intensity.
