Mechanical top drive multifunctional drilling rig

JDL-280 mechanical top drive drilling rig is a drilling equipment independently developed by the company that integrates the functions of water drilling and pneumatic drilling. The drilling rig adopts a 5-speed manual automobile gearbox, which has a wide range of speed changes, sensitive and convenient forward and reverse switching, and high transmission efficiency. The power consumption is greatly reduced, making it more efficient and energy-saving. It solves the difficulty of air DTH hammer drilling in rock layers and the low efficiency of rotary drilling rigs in hard rock, gravel, and pebble layers.

 

1. Use mechanical top driving force head to realize functional integration of mud drilling and pneumatic DTH hammer drilling.
It can provide high speed of 1120rpm and maximum torque (maximum torque of 9800N.m). When drilling into the soil layer, the drilling rig can use coreless composite discs or cone drill bits to drill with mud to perform high-speed rotary drilling in rock formations. It can also be used with An air compressor and a pneumatic down-the-hole hammer are used for impact drilling. In unstable formations such as gravel, pipe drilling tools can be used to drill holes with casing.

2. The drilling rig adopts a long-stroke double-speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a power head stroke of 2500mm.
Improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drill plugging and burning accidents

3. The drilling rig uses a double oil pump to supply oil, and the hydraulic system uses splitting and merging technology.
A single pump is used when drilling, and two pumps are used to combine when lifting and lowering the drill. The power loss is small and the auxiliary time is short.

4. The main shaft of the drilling rig adopts mechanical transmission.
The transmission efficiency is doubled, the power energy consumption is greatly reduced, and it is more efficient and energy-saving.
